Job Position:- Genesys Architect

Location:- Torrance, CA

Duration:-6 Months

Job Description:

· Knowledge in upgrade and hands on experience to upgrade from 7.6 to 8.1.

· Knowledge in PBX and SIP.

· Additional knowledge of database driven routing will be preferred.

· Business requirement gathering and transcending to routing logic will be desired.

· Knowledge in InfoMart, NICE and its integration with Genesys.

· Conversant in routing strategy designing in IRD.
