JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
MOVEit Central and MOVEit DMZ Application Support Consultant

MANDATORY SKILLS:
·         Min 5+ to 6+ yrs experience
·         Unix or Linux knowledge, Windows knowledge, Technical Support, troubleshooting skills
·         Strong TCP, FTP, SFTP expertise
·         Should have supported MoveIT Central and MoveIt DMZ applications

DESCRIPTION:
·         Monitor the incoming/outgoing files and take appropriate action on failure
·         Participate in the quarterly patch upgrade
·         Lead the Monthly maintenance and outage communication to stakeholders
·         Researches customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported product and to provide the highest level of support possible
·         Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, functional teams, service personnel and customers
·         Candidate should have excellent Communication, Monitoring & Control skills
