JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Need is more hands on Basis (developer/Sr. Developer)

skills (experience level can be 5+ yrs. or so).

 

MANDATORY TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• 4+ yr of SAP Basis consulting experience with minimum of one complete life-cycle implementations.

• Strong technical background and SAP administration experience.

• Experience as SAP administrator with installation, configuration and tuning of SAP systems.  

• Having experienced in JAVA-based SAP systems.

• Strong production support experience with SAP on Solaris/Oracle.

• Exhibits strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with others.

• Exhibits solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Must have knowledge of infrastructure process & procedures.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

·         Provide production support to all SAP applications including  ECC, BW, PI,SRM,Sourcing,BI, EP, Solution Manager.

·         Monitoring and performance tuning of a. ECC, BW, SRM, PI, BI, EP and Solution Manager.

·         Installation of SAP Support Packages and Kernel Patches.

·         General technical problem solving.

·         Inbound and Outbound queue monitoring.

·         Resolution of ongoing Production issues.

·         Support the Transport Management system.

·         SAP portal experience.

·         Experience on High availability system.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team .

·         Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

·         Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
