2) Create common UI design patterns that will be applied across the SharePoint and custom solution
3) Create mock ups and prototypes to define during the requirements phase and partner with a business analyst to clearly define requirements
4) Experience working directly with business partners to gather requirements, solve problems, or design solutions.
5) Ability to translate complex technical designs into language that will be understood by the client.
6) Excellent oral and written communication skills
7) Results driven
8) Flexible & Team worker
