Position – Java Technical Lead
Location – South San Francisco, CA
Duration – 12+ Months Contract
Description:
• Professional experience of 10+ years in software engineering
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design ,
• Strong knowledge of design principles, design patterns, data structures
• Good understanding of static code analyzers, best practices, experience of design and code review
• Demonstrated mastery of Java, J2EE, Spring, REST web services and Hibernate
• Experience with cloud-based application development, particularly using AWS
• Should have good working knowledge of cloud based technologies like AWS , Elastic Cache , No SQL DB's
• Must be able to collaborate with a wide variety of people to develop software as part of an integrated solution.
• Experience of designing entire module independently Desired Skills
• All day to day activities at onsite.
• Affinity with agile development (Scrum, dynamic requirements, test automation, continuous integration and delivery, micro services).
• Experience of leading 7-10 people team, guiding technically
• Excellent mentoring skills
• Commitment and demonstrated ability to implement high quality products using test-driven development and domain-driven design approaches
Technical Skills - In Detail (Essential Skills) :
· Java, J2EE, Springs, Hibernate, Cloud, AWS, No SQL DBweb services, design patterns Very good in problem solving and troubleshooting of problem.
· Good in written and verbal communication.
· Worked as onsite coordinator for onsite/offshore model Experience working with client personnel's Web application development knowledge, expertise in building/developing end to end application Good in project management / onsite leadership aspects Technical Skills (Desired Skills) Requirements elicitation
