Title:Frontend Web ConsultantLocation:columbus, OH
Duration – 6 months plus
Skills & Requirements:
- Must have strong high-performance frontend web concepts, expert knowledge of web technologies and their respective open source type of toolkits.
- Responsive Design development using front end technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, XML and JavaScript.
- Expert knowledge in web standards such as HTML/HTML5, CSS3, Java/JSP, jQuery and JavaScript as well as browser capabilities
- You have good experience and understanding of AJAX, object-oriented JavaScript, DOM and XML
- Working knowledge of mobile development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HTML5 video on the web
- Deep experience in UI Component or portal/portlet type of design/implementation with extensive experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks Bootstrap
- Familiar with current W3C standards, compatibility issues and fallback strategies for legacy browsers e.g., Internet Explorer 6).
- Knowledge of securities industry or financial services experience
- Sound knowledge of the client area's function and systems
- Skillful in cross-browser compatibility coding and best practices
- Broad knowledge of the system development life cycle
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with an advanced degree
- 5 years of HTML/HTML5, Responsive Design
- 5 years of CSS/CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, XML, jQuery and JavaScript
