Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Richfield, MN
Duration: 1 Year
Write Up Criteria:
· Must provide examples of work with resume: requirements specs and uses cases
· HM looking for candidate with backend middleware experience, recent retail experience. Needs to have data mapping etc.
What would a normal day for this position look like??
· 15% Daily Meeting with Stakeholders: Business and Impacted IT systems
· 70% Requirements and System impact assessments
· 10% Developing Test Plans
· 5% Job related activities
Must Have Skills:
· Minimum 7 years of experience writing requirements for large system integration projects as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
· Experience working in a large corporate environment
· Experience working in extremely fast-paced environments
· Experience in wireless/telecom, subscription services, or retail point of sale.
· Application UI design (web and/or desktop)
· Writing use cases and activity diagrams
· Experience validating system behavior against requirements
· Usability lab experience – designing sessions and formulating actions based upon results
· Experience working with offshore development teams
· Experience with various development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with Axure
· Experience delivering applications for mobile devices
· Ability to Read and Interpret XML, XSDs, or APIs
· Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
