Job Description for .Net Tech Lead (Onsite) requirement

Must to have –Technical skills

WCF ( Windows Communication Foundation) Development,

WPF – (Windows Presentation Foundation) Development,

VB.NET

ASP.NET (C# - Programming, LINQ - Language Integrated Query, HTML, CSS)

JQuery / Java Script

SQL Server 2008

ADO .Net

.Net migration

 

Must to have – Tech Lead skills

1.       In depth knowledge in .NET concepts

2.       Knowledge in Design concepts and Design Patterns

3.       Knowledge in Architecture (Dependency Injection, Tightly coupled, loosely coupled, transition from one to another – eg. Tightly to loosely coupled)

4.       Familiarity /hands-on in NUNIT (Automation) / Unit testing concepts

5.       Knowledge/experience about infrastructure like IIS,  deployment, web farms etc

6.       Project experience in Banking Domain

7.       Excellent Coordination skills  - Good communication, interacting with various stakeholders, taking responsibility for the entire team/project

8.       Should be strong in technology area such that he/she should be able to perform performance tuning, identify memory leaks, mentoring the team, helping them team on technical issues

9.     Experienced in Onsite/Offshore team management

 

 

Preferred to havefor both the projects

n  Knowledge in TFS / GIT Software Configuration tool
