Oracle Applications Database Administrator (DBA) duties:

• Patching Oracle Applications using adpatch.

• Performing database upgrades, including upgrading Oracle Applications from 11i to R12

• Setting up Multi-tier Oracle Applications environment.

• Customizing autoconfig templates

• Installing/upgrading/administering Oracle RAC databases.

• Administering ASM.

• Backing up and recovering Oracle databases using RMAN.

• Unix shell scripting/SQL/PLSQL.

Senior Oracle Apps Developer

Austin, TX

3 to 6 month Contract to Hire

EAD / GC / Citizen are highly preferred

Minimum 8 years of extensive software development, analysis and design; or other IT areas
5+ years of experience on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R10 to R12
PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, Designer, Workflow, SQL Navigator, SQL Loader, Oracle stored procedures, functions and packages, UNIX(AIX, LINUX and Solaris), Scripting, TOAD, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, EiS, Crystal Reports, OBIEE, ODI
Experience with Oracle R11/R12 Application modules: (Financials (AP, AR, GL, AGIS, FA), Procurement (PO), Manufacturing (INV, BOM), Projects (PA), Asset Management (EAM))
Experience of web server and browser technologies, scripting and web services: SOAP, XML, CSS, HTML, Javascript etc
