Job Description
Experience: 4-5 years as admin on any CMS platform (of which 1-2 years' experience on Sitecore CMS)
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Sitecore CMS Services and Support for existing and new implementations
· Advise/consultancy in troubleshooting
· Service RFI's regarding CMS service (Sitecore) to various players in the eco-system
· Provide L1 services (primarily coordination) for few of the service requests, this will primarily require coordination with customers Infrastructure teams
· Co-ordinate with offshore team and lead issue resolution
Detailed Job description:
· New Brand Setup on Sitecore
· Managing SubVersion (SVN) folder access
· Managing users and groups (add/remove)
· Managing Sitecore Site Package Installation
· Managing Code deployment in certain environments
· Managing Site restoration using Sitecore site packages
· Troubleshooting on Sitecore CM Software, user access and configuration settings
· Working with customers Infrastructure team to troubleshoot Sitecore performance issues and transitioning knowledge to Infrastructure team for resolution
· Monitoring Sitecore server storage and usage levels
· Updating infrastructure and configuration version tracking
· Executing Sitecore minor upgrades and software patches
· Report of Service and Ops KPI
