Title                 : Web Application Developer

Duration          : Long Term Contract

Location          : Creve Coeur, MO

Summary:

• Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
• Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications. Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components.
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. Usually requires 5-10 years of previous experience.
• Web Developer Breeding IT Contract Position with future opportunity for full time employment
• This role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications.
• Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
• Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management, as well as the authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems. Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
• 4+ years technical expertise in web applications development in C#/ASP.Net Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and API's.
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Strong web Data Visualization skills to render large sets of data on an MS excel like table view.
• Experience on Text and Images/Media compression to improve performance on web The position requires constant communication with colleagues across the team Responsive Web Design to accommodate multiple platforms and devices.
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP and others based on requirement) Strong database skills with Oracle and MSSQL Experience in Version control and Code repository like SVN and Git Skills/Qualifications: C#, ASP.Net, LINQ, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Web Programming Skills, Teamwork, Verbal Communication, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Multimedia Content Development, API's, Responsive Web Design
