[[Overview]]

·     The Information Security Technology Services (ISTS) team is a 24x7 high performance team within Information Security Operations focused on resolving technical issues or providing assistance regarding security control systems, and security appliances which protect access to sensitive data, as well as creating and fostering a robust control environment within Information Security. The team also provides second and third level support to the information security team.

·     Do you enjoy leading functions that ensure consistent documentation in support of technical systems and operation?

·     Part of a technical team for global support and responsible for high availability operational support.

·     Provide documentation and change management support for team and ensure operational efficiency.

·     Work in close partnership with Business Leader, Leader and technology team to discuss operations and support functional requirements to translate them into specific documented procedures.

·     Work in close partnership with technology team as change owner and to participate in the change management process.

·     May require working non-standard hours.

 

[[All About You]]  

·     Strong knowledge of information security principles, theories and concepts.

·     Ability to build efficient internal relations and communicate extensively with key internal stakeholders

·     Strong relationship, collaboration and organization skills.

·     Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced presentation documentation skills a plus. (strong Microsoft Office Suite expertise)

·     Ability to drive consistent and repeatable results.

·     Detail-oriented, proactive and able to handle multiple high-priority demands while driving consistent results.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·     Expert critical thinking and problem solving skills.

·     Passion for Process Improvement and Service Management.

·     "Tech Savvy" in various IT platforms.

·     ITIL certification preferred.
