Required Skills:

 

1. Business Analysis
1. Writing of business requirements
2. Testing preparation and testing skills
2. Knowledge of Insurance Property/Casualty Industry is required
1. Standard and Special commission experience is preferred
2. Experience with agency data helpful
3. Use of Microsoft Office
4. Knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries is nice to have
5. Experience working with (reading, understanding and mapping) XML required
6. Effective communication skills, both oral and written
7. Effective inter-personal skills
8. Effective organization skills, with the ability to work independently
9. Ability to work within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, using an agile methodology
