· Strong knowledge on Javascript, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, JQuery, Rest API
· Websphere Portal Knowledge is an added advantage
· Be well versed with frameworks like Struts and Spring
· Experience in Hibernate or other ORM's
· Experience in writing SQL Queries and Stored Procedures in Oracle
· Experience in application build and deployment
2. Possess strong knowledge of SDLC concepts (Software development life cycle) and web application design
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. 6-8+ years of experience in Web application development
2. Java (J2SE) and Enterprise Java (J2EE) technologies
3. Web Services/SOAP
4. Application deployment and configuration in WebSphere application Server console.
5. SQL and ORM Knowledge
6. Oracle DB Knowledge
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interaction with business users and able to understand the requirements
2. Designing of Web applications
3. Development of Client Side/Server Side components
4. Development of Unit Test cases
5. Design document development and review
6. Onsite-Offshore coordination
7. Good interpersonal and team skills
8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.
