Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description :

SKILLS : Individual needs to have experience with the Hadoop file system.

Technical experience with:

· Map reduce

· Hive

· Impala

· Cloudera

· HDFS

Outputs into:

· Postgressql

· Oracle

· SQL Server

Nice to haves:

· Experience with genetic/genomic datasets

· Some form of UI experience

· Java experience

· Other visualization experience.
