Job Title: Sales Force Business Analyst

Term: 9+ month's ongoing contract

Location: Boston, MA, 02108

 

Must Have:

 

Strong Salesforce Experience,

Strong BA skills (communication, documentation, independence),

Ability to adapt and be flexible and be from an insurance background.

 

Required Skills:

 

5+ yrs. experience - Work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluate the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.

 

3+ years' experience working on SalesForce Sales Cloud and some experience working on SalesForce websites (communities)

5+ Experience working as a BA on Web Systems

Nice to have experience working in Insurance environment

Must be proactive and independent

Strong planning and organization skills

Must have excellent communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and multiple levels of the organization

Lead and take ownership and accountability for several initiatives concurrently

Be proactive, self-motivated and disciplined to keep to the delivery schedule

Be able to work in an environment that is fast paced and demanding with several complex competing initiatives concurrently

Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, MS-Excel

Nice to have - agile work experience and working with agile tools such as Rally
