Job Description

 

Must Have Skills:

 

· Must have the ability to coordinate and track the activities of multiple groups within a large scale development project, including business design, development, conversion, testing, database and infrastructure. 

· Must have critical analytical abilities, problem resolution and communication skills. 

· Must have a working understanding of staffing plans, change management processes, issue and risk management and mitigation strategies. 

· Most critical is the ability to rapidly identify issues blocking project completion, develop and implement corrective actions and track those issues to conclusion.
