Oracle CRM Technical Analyst

Location: Trenton, NJ

Duration: 6+ months

We have requirement for a Oracle CRM (Contracts, Install Base and Field Service areas) Technical Consultant . As this is a urgent requirement , please apply ASAP.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work with the implementation teams as a Technical Consultant to design, develop, build, test and deploy custom extensions like Reports, Alerts, Workflows, Interfaces other related Concurrent programs.

Open Technical Assistance Requests with Oracle Support and follow up to resolution.

MUST HAVE Skills:

1.    Should be conversant with the Data Model, APIs and Open Interfaces related to Oracle CRM modules.

2.    Should have good CRM Data Model knowledge specifically in the Contracts, Install Base and Field Service areas.

3.    Technically very strong in PL/SQL and Java (nice to have)
