Job Role: Enterprise Security Administrator
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Franklin, WI
Description:
This position is for an Enterprise Security Administrator within the ESAT Team. The position is responsible for Security related Password Support and User Access Provisioning work.
Responsibilities:
Primary – Call Center Password Support Agent:
· Provide timely resolution of account access and password support calls and/or incidents reported for home office employees, contractors, business partners and some field clients.
· Provide guidance and direction to clients when they are unable to access or use their workstations, login accounts, or current known passwords.
Secondary – User Access Provisioning Work as Assigned:
· Using current toolsets grant and remove user access per approved requests received.
· Provision user access per established Security Standards and Guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience resolving password support or user access issues in a call center environment
· Active Directory experience
· Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Communicator)
· Windows 7 experience
· Fast and Accurate Keyboarding Skills
· SharePoint skills
Preferred Skills:
· Scripting (PowerShell, VBA, VB, .NET, Perl)
· HPSM or related incident tracking system experience
