 Requirements:

5 years software development experience including at least 3 years developing large-scale software in a team environment

2 years of Eclipse

4 years of Java Coding Experience including at least 2 years J2EE Coding experience

2 years of MS SQL, XML, JSP, JSF, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript coding experience

4 years of HTML Coding experience

2 years experience with JDBC

Excellent communication, analysis, and design skills

Systems software development experience, including broad exposure to the software development lifecycle.  Experience in analysis, design, solution development and evaluation of alternatives

Experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and workflow, estimation and target date planning, work plan development and monitoring, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, development methods/techniques, testing methods/techniques and implementation planning and execution

Experience establishing, maintaining, and supporting through on-call an appropriate technical development environment for Internet Applications

Experience coordinating production support activities of a team, with focus on timely and accurate resolution of issues

Excellent communication skills and any experience within a Corrections facility environment
