Tasks & Duties
•  Design, implement, and support all SAN systems and SAN connectivity infrastructure (including installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, maintenance & monitoring).
•  Manage capacity and performance of the SAN infrastructure ensuring high availability of all systems. Proactively monitor, test, collect and analyze system performance statistical data to improve quality & ensure optimal performance of all SAN environments.
•  Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes
•  Administration of SAN Fabric switches.
•  Perform zoning, masking, space monitoring, issue resolution, storage virtualization, and remote data replication.
•  Manage storage hardware and software installations and upgrades.
•  Plan, design, Install, Administer Web Broker domain and components inclusive of Configuration Manager and its subcomponents.
•  Plan, Install, Configure, Administer WMQ and WMB on Windows/AIX/Linux environment.
•  Design and develop message interfaces/flows/sub flows.
•  Experience using third party performance monitoring tools on an AIX platform in support of a WebSphere Application Server.
•  Perform identification and resolution of the overall Websphere problems/issues providing permanent solutions.

Required Skills
•  Minimum 7 Years  Experience in understanding of Unix base operations with Experience installing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining  Solaris\AIX\Linux Operating Systems.
•  Minimum 7 Years Experience with Support on-going operations of the enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) on midrange to High end storage platforms such as Hitachi 9900 series, IBM, 3 PAR, and SUN; designs and configures storage infrastructure for physical and virtual servers, ensuring high-availability to all applications.
•  Minimum 7 Years  Experience conducting detailed performance analysis related to entire I/O stack, troubleshooting, DR testing and execution, RAID, data migration, executing upgrades, capacity increases, reallocation of storage resources, and producing needed documentation.
•  Minimum 5 Years Experience with the Brocade switches (preferred), HBA firmware, multi-path software, and SAN fabric management.
•  Minimum 6 Years  Experience using SAN monitoring and management tools and in particular storage virtualization and replication.
•  Minimum 5 Years Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQSeries, IBM Message Broker, IBM WebSphere MQ Integrator inclusive of installation, configuration and administration.
•  Minimum 5 Years Proficiency implementing the clustering of queue managers for load balancing
•  Minimum 5 Years Experience administering web/http servers to support WebSphere in a large internet facing environment supporting multiple application clusters with duties/responsibilities like installing, maintaining, configuring, problem determination, etc.
•  Minimum 5 Years Hands on experience performing in a senior WebSphere Administrator capacity in a Network Deployment Environment using WAS 6.1 or higher in a large AIX production internet facing (multiple hardware nodes at each level) environment with duties / responsibilities like installation, maintenance, configuration, problem determination, etc.
•  Minimum 4 Years Experience Installing, configuring, administering WebSphere Application Server, Portal server, IBMIHS, integrated with Active Directory, WebSphere MQ, DB2, Oracle, and 3rd party web services.
•  Minimum 2 Years Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architectures
•  Minimum 2 Years Extreme knowledge of monitoring tools for the OS and MQ series objects
