Required Experience
• 3+ years of direct development and support experience with the SAP Business Warehouse
• 2+ years of ABAP experience
• Direct experience with the SAP Business Warehouse Accelerator (BIA)
• Proven track record of working in a BW production support environment with the ability to solve both technical and data issues.
• Experience with SAP BW Security
• Knowledge in SAP HANA
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC processes and data
Skills
• Ability to provide 24/7 support
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under rigid time constraints and adhere to tight deadlines
• Must be able to prioritize requests and multi-task
• Ability to work in a team environment and to liaise with Data Analysts and Customers
• Knowledge of data management standards, processes and technologies
• Knowledge of Informatica Power Center
Job Responsibilities
• The SAP BW Technical Analyst provides development, maintenance, enhancement and production support for the BW structures and the extraction processes that support them.
• Responsibilities may include: The SAP BW Technical Analyst will be responsible for:
o Building and maintaining SAP BW structures on a 7.3 system
o Designing, creating and modifying SAP and non-SAP extractors used to load the BW structures
o Setting up and scheduling production Control-M batch jobs
o 24/7 support of the BW structures and the batch jobs that support them
o Must be able to perform these tasks while meeting project timelines
2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
