Position:- Business Analyst

Duration:- 6+ months

Location:- Deerfield

Rate:- $40/hr on C2C

Full JD:-

- Healthcare/ Pharma domain exp.
- Onsite/ offshore communication
- Good understanding of the data and analytics.
- Good knowledge of HMS data will be value add.
- Document the rules and other business requirements for upcoming project(s).
- Interview key stake holders (top management) from business and IT divisions. 
- Communicating with client and gathering requirement.
- Analyzing the requirement with other team members and then preparing the business use case documents.
- Analyzing and performing Impact Analysis.
- Providing all necessary information to technical team.
- Creation of ppt mockups.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The selected candidate will report to the top management. 
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile development processes.
- Resolving problems.
