We are looking for a SAP HR with one of our Direct client at MO
Title : SAP HR
Duration : 12+ Months and can extend for long term
Location : Creve Coeur, MO
Interview : Telephone and Skype Interview
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Usually requires 5 to 10 years of previous experience.
Required Skills:
· Candidate must have 5 years working knowledge of SAP HR PA/OM modules and SAP security concepts to effectively support and configure enhancements.
· Must also be able to write Functional Development Specs and work with developers to design and implement new and support existing interfaces.
· Must have good communication skills to work with HR partners on a daily basis.
