The ideal candidate’s skill set will include: Java , Servlets, Richfaces/JSF, XML, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Web services, HTML, JavaScript, design patterns, J2EE frameworks, and object oriented methodologies.

 

- Candidate must possess exceptional communication skills.

- Candidate should be able to work with non-technical users during requirement definition and be able to produce high level functional requirement documents

- Candidate should have a strong test driven development approach.

- Candidate should be comfortable working in a small team setting and being able to communicate face to face with other team members

- Candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment
