Duration : Initially 1 Year duration, with good chances of extension

Job Duties:
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience with performing systems analysis for applications using Bing Map API
3 Experience with performing systems analysis for application using ASP.NET, C#,
HTML, CSS, JQuery for IIS 7.0, Python, JSON, XML, AJAX and/or JavaScript
6 Experience using geospatial datasets
6 Analysis and/or development experience in the full range of the Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes application design, coding, testing, debugging, and
application deployment
3 Must have SQL skills with MS SQL Server 2005 or later.
6 Experience designing database structures
6 Knowledge of relational database management systems, including Microsoft Access and
Microsoft SQL Server.
4 Experience writing SQL queries.
4 Experience prioritizing deadlines
4 Proven organizational skills.
6 Worked in an application team environment consisting of Project Manager, System
Analyst, Database Administrator, and Programmers
6 Skill in providing excellent customer service
6 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users,
technical staff and management
6 Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
6 Excellent Communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels
6 Proven ability to write clearly and concisely
6 Skill in decision making and problem solving
6 Excellent interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among
project stakeholders.
6 Proven knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and of the
techniques used in the design of automated computer systems.
6 Proven skill in coordinating and solving problems; in scheduling, testing, installing, and
implementing computer programs; and in troubleshooting computer systems.
6 Proven skill in requirements gathering, analysis, system specifications, and verification.
6 Proven analytical skills, including interviewing, listening, and facilitation to critically
evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, convert
high-level information into details, and develop computer application and database
solutions.
6 Modeling skills to present system requirements in graphical forms.
6 Ability to analyze systems and procedures; to write and revise standards and procedures;
to handle multiple projects; and to plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others.

1 Development of web applications based upon or compliant with any of the following: 1)
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for accessible websites (Section 508); 2)w3.org web content accessibility guidelines (CSS and XHTML 1.0)
2 Prefer familiarity with water resources information and data.
2 Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and implementation skills
2 Experience with Sql Server Spatial
2 Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server
2 Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Reporting Services
