· Familiar with at least one of the major Agile methodologies.
· Kanban experience is a plus.
· Experience helping organizations improve. Must be patient and able to reinforce Agile practices.
· Good listener.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· You will responsible for helping create high performing teams with a collective sense of ownership and drive to deliver through your agile expertise and passion.
· You will be an organizational change agent and you will be responsible for helping with the innovation of techniques to evolve agile concepts and guide teams in establishing and following effective processes to manage planning, development and deployment.
