Title : System Analyst
Duration : 12 Months
Location : O' Fallon, MO
Skills/ Abilities:
· Understand both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
· Develop and execute complex test plans
· Provide subject matter expertise for support escalations
· Provide technical support to business owners during new implementation of new product/services
· Facilitate JAD sessions
· Document and coordinate audit controls and PCI requirements other aspects of this role that may occur depending upon the specific functional area: Web Application
· Manage defect resolution process
· Coordinate offshore testing
· Lead the development of conceptual designs and mock-up screens
