Position: Technical Data Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA
Type: Contract
Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Perform data analysis and other general business analysis tasks
•Use data analytical tools and the SQL language at a high level of proficiency
•Apply problem solving skills in order to understand and solve data analytical problems
•Have the ability to diagnose problems with complex data flows
•Create hypotheses about data sets, test these hypothesis, and formulate new insights
•Quickly learn new skills, make timely decisions, and adapt well to change
•Perform other duties as assigned
•3+ years as a data analyst; any healthcare industry experience is a plus
•SQL experience is a requirement
•Informatica Experience (preferably Informatica cloud experience)
•Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle as well as experience with ETL Processes.
•Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
•Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems experience is a plus
•Driver's license (You need to get around when travelling 10% of time!)
•Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think logically and analytically
•Facility with dealing with complex data sets
•Ability to understand processes and workflows
•Strong communication skills
•Experience with data analytical tools such as SQL, SPSS, and use of Excel
