This candidate should have implemented:
• Oracle Field Service
• Advanced Scheduler for Field Service
• Oracle Mobile Field Service
• Oracle Depot Repair
• Oracle Spares Management for Field Service
• Oracle Teleservice
• Oracle Service Contracts
• Oracle Advanced Pricing for Service.
It is desirable for resource to have implemented these modules more than once, and preferable worked on them for a manufacturing company. Understanding of Oracle Service cloud is nice to have.
