Skills:
MUST have Microsoft Development certification (there are several)
MUST have experience developing both Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2010/2013 Core Solutions and Advanced Solutions
MUST have experience developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services
MUST have at least 5 years of experience with C#, ASP.net, Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, CAML, Sharepoint Object Model
MUST have experience developing ASP.net MVC Web Applications, and experience with WCF, WPF, and WF.
MUST have excellent oral and written communication skills.
