[9218MSCRMCV] Urgent requirement of Business Analyst

Position:- Business Analyst
Location:- Richfield
Duration:- Long Term

JD:- 

·         Build the backlog

·         Prioritize the backlog with help of the product owner

·         Conduct story grooming session

·         Be a single point of contact for all the functional/nonfunctional requirements to be communicated to the entire team members working as part of that story

·         Should be part of the hand off with Ux, Dev, Test, Business/PO

·         All stories should have acceptance criteria clearly documented

·         Attending story estimation meetings and stories ready to be estimated 

·         Take user stories and business requirements and translate into technical requirements

·         Break down of epics and stories into development ready stories and tasks (considering workable pieces and/or appropriate technical break-up of stories)

·         Work with the developers and product managers to address open questions and/or clarifications needed for work to be completed

·         Plan, conduct, document, and direct the analysis of complex business problems and processes

·         Must maintain high quality documentation and will work closely with product development team

·         Ensure that the requirements documentation will lead to successful development and testing

·         Prepares functional specifications

·         Creates as is and to be documentation

·          

·         Be ready to talk about the story and support the estimation process

·         understand/own the story to be delivered and ensure the Product Owner/Stakeholder requirements (implicit & explicit) are met 

·         Active in the Demo giving feedback with relation to what was agreed up in the Sprint commitment to deliver 

Able to say all acceptance criteria committed were met, if not create a bug, carryover
