Title : Java Developers
Duration : 6+ Months and can extend for long term
Location : Cedar Park, TX
Interview : Telephone Interview
Required Qualifications, Skillsets and Abilities
· Four (4) year Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical field.
· At least five (5) years of experience in software development using Java including:
· Required: J2EE Application Development/SQL.
· Preferred: Spring MVC/Struts 2/JSF/JPA/Hibernate/Oracle Database.
· Preferred: UNIX/Weblogic/BASH/Git/Scrum.
· Excellent analytical and coding skills.
· Experience with entire software stack from database schema design to screen layout and development
Position 2
Title : Business Analyst
Duration : 6+ Months and can extend for long term
Location : Cedar Park, TX

Required Qualifications, Skill sets and Abilities:
· Four (4) year Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably with major coursework in information systems, computer science, data processing, business, or a related field.
· 3 plus years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
· Must have at least 2 years of business analysis experience on software development projects.
· Ability to facilitate interactive sessions with business and cross functional teams.
· Hands-on requirements elicitation and analysis, client management and technical documentation experience is a must, including use cases, prototyping, and data modeling.
· Ability to finding the balance between individual wants and business needs, and interact with a variety of personality types toward a solution.
· Must have strong collaborative, analytical, written/verbal communication (specifically technical writing) skills and well versed with MS Office suite of products and prototyping/screen mock-up tools such as Visio, SnagIt, or Adobe Illustrator.
· Ability to speak with authority the dual languages of business and technology, and to demonstrate a strong technical aptitude.
· Self-motivated when it comes to tasking and development planning.
· Broad knowledge of business process including business operations, IT operations, business intelligence tools, and risk management.
· Experience in Oil and Gas industry as well as general compliance and enforcement related projects as business analyst would be a plus.
· Familiarity with mainframe environments, Core Java / J2EE development environment, and relational databases would be a plus.
