PositionPeopleSoft Purchasing/eProc 9.2 Function

Location : Washington, District of columbia

Duration: 6 months

Rate DOE

Interview: Phone followed by F2F 


Additional Notes: Background check will be required prior to starting the engagement. 

Specific Responsibilities 

Support our Clients ERP PeopleSoft Financials production application, as well as its continued development, testing, analysis, issue resolution, and integration with a primary focus on the Purchasing module suite, but also with other PeopleSoft modules and related applications; 

• Assist with evaluating additional functionality and using current functionality in other ways to increase the benefits of the application for the House, especially the Acquisitions Management staff; 
• Assist staff with monitoring, processing, troubleshooting, reporting, and reconciling 
Purchasing activity, especially as it interacts with General Ledger, Commitment Control, and other modules; 

Specific Qualifications 
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience working with the Purchasing and eProcurement modules in PeopleSoft Financials with relevant experience in version 9.1; 
• Knowledge and experience working with the interaction of Purchasing activity with other modules and third party applications; 
• KKnowledge and experience working with one or more of the other modules the customere is currently using: General Ledger, Commitment Control, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, and Asset Management 
Note: Knowledge and experience with the following is a plus, but not required: 
• Other PeopleSoft Financials Purchasing related modules, such as Supplier Contract Management and Strategic Sourcing; 
• Working with entry events and the flow of accounting transactions between Purchasing, Commitment Control, and General Ledger; and/or 
• PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54. 

RESUME SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 
7.3.2 Resumes shall be no longer than four pages, using 8.5" by 11" page size, 12-point Times New Roman font or equivalent, single spaced, with one-inch margins at top, bottom, left and right. Resumes that do not conform to these requirements will be returned upon receipt with a request for resubmission. Submission of a non-conforming resume will not guarantee consideration of a resubmitted, conforming resume. 
7.3.3 Resumes must clearly address how the proposed candidate meets the requirements of the House (and plus factors, if any.) For example, resumes with vague statements such as "experience with PeopleSoft Financials version 9.1" that 
do not explain in detail how the experience was gained and relates to the services the Client is seeking will not meet the requirements of this RFTOP. 
7.3.4 Resumes must clearly indicate the name of the client agency or company (end client) for which all work indicated
