Position : MOBILE QA TESTER

Location : NYC

Duration : Long Term Contract

This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class development team within a leading video technology company, and to be part of developing video based next generation solutions. In this role, you will be involved in developing applications and solutions that

 

In this role you will:

·        Test web based platforms/iOS/Android/CTV/Roku applications

·        Coordinate with diverse teams within the company, such as product management, development teams

·        Design and perform tests

·        Write test plans and results documents

·        Work in an results-driven, high pressured environment

·        Design and deliver solutions to improve workflows across multiple teams at ViewLift

·        Build tools and systems to enable effective metrics-based QA, Release and Deployment procedures for multiple different ViewLift services 

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

·        3+ years' Experience in planning and implementing tests for web platforms and applications

·        Experience in testing on browsers and mobile devices

·        In-depth familiarity with QA methodologies 

·        Familiarity with JavaScript, HTTP, Rest, HTML

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field

·        Experience with Hudson or Jenkins preferred

·        You must be adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership
