Job Description: SAP Basis (Level 3)
Generic Skill set:
§ Good Project Management skills.
§ Must have good communication skills and knowledge on ITIL processes.
§ Preparation of weekly & monthly status reports & Status review meeting with Manger's/Directors.
§ Ensure that the SLA's defined are adhered to by the team and Technical Escalations.
§ Drive solution of customer complaints by solving it directly or assigning tasks to other function.
TECHNICAL SKILL SET:
L2 LEVEL:
§ General Monitoring and Troubleshooting of all SAP Systems.
§ System shutdown and startups for planned outages.
§ Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
§ System Copy of SAP Dual Stack and Java only systems.
§ System Patching and New Add on installation.
§ Preparing Daily and Monthly System Monitoring Reports.
§ Printer Configuration and Troubleshooting.
§ Monitoring, Troubleshooting and patching of all Third Party Systems.
§ Incident/Problem Ticket resolutions.
§ SAP Transport Management and Configuration. DGN Connect experience preferable.
§ Experience on BW Precalculation and BWA servers.
§ SAP Archiving scheduling and Monitoring.
L3 LEVEL:
§ Implementation experience in ECC, SRM, BW and Portal.
§ Needs to be very well versed in Solution Manager Configuration and usage across the project lifecycle including Document Management, BPC and Centralized Monitoring.
§ Needs to be able to communicate with client to provide on job knowledge transfer of how to use Solution Manager.
§ Experience on LDAP, SSL, SNC and SSO.
§ In depth experience on BW and Portal Administration.
§ Experience in supporting the different phases of an installation and working within a group for resource coverage during the actual implementation.
§ Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of SAP software programs and applications.
§ Work with Infrastructure and Networking teams to provide support for both current and future SAP landscapes.
§ UNIX and Windows Administration skills.
§ Knowledge on HANA.
§ Performance Analysis and tuning of ABAP and JAVA based SAP system.

§ Service Now ticketing tool.
