Required Skills:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Experience in programming and system design and analysis using JAVA programming language
8 Experience using Rational Software Architect or Rational Application Developer
8 Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
8 Experience and skill in analyzing business requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and systems; executing unit test procedures; and producing required program and project documentation
8 Experience in performing formal peer reviews and validations and providing written feedback
8 Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients.
8 Ability to analyze and problem solve
8 Ability to work in a team environment and independently
8 Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business
5 Experience in developing applications using WebSphere Portal Application and WebSphere Application Server
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
5 Experience in business rules development using WebSphere Operational Decision Maker
5 Experience in Build and Deploy processes and scripts (Build Forge, Maven, Ant, etc.)
5 Experience using Rational ClearQuest and Rational ClearCase
