 Understand the business requirements

Create the low level design, develop the business component, write the JUnit tests

Promote the deployment Required Skills:

Expert in Java / J2EE, JSF

Expert in Spring / Struts framework

Expert in Hibernate

Expert in Webservices (SOAP/RESTFUL)

Expert in JUnit

Good knowledge of Oracle/ PL SQL and/ or any relational db

Good knowledge of XML/XSL/XSD

Good in client communication

Should have experience in client facing role
