Position Functions or Responsibilities:
The worker is expected to perform with minimum supervision as this is a senior-level position. Install, configure and patch messaging products, including creation of MQ objects and development of MQ broker message sets and flows. Monitor system health to minimize downtime. Provide middleware solutions to meet business requirements and support project implementations. Develop and implement changes to messaging infrastructure to optimize performance. Create/maintain environmental and technical documentation as well as middleware-specific backup artifacts. Provide 24x7 production support within established SLAs, with root cause analysis and corrective action as needed. Provide additional project-related support as a secondary job function.
