Required Skills:
Helpdesk/tech support experience with customers
Ability to communicate well with customers over the phone and trouble shoot technical issues ranging from blue tooth to WI-FI to the security settings
MUST know how get around a computer
Solve computer hardware and software issues.
Need not be an expert in computers but must not have issues working on it.
Will be trained on the application that he will support but must know how to troubleshoot basic computer functions like wireless connection, bluetooth keyboard connection, etc
Desktop /iPad analyst
He will be working for me
MUST talk well on the phone
that is MUST
its all phone support
