 While Congress debates the first real bipartisan Immigration Reform bill, a Florida father anxiously awaits his deportation.
Jesus, born on Christmas Day and father of five, has been told to turn himself in for deportation on Tuesday, May 7th. What would yo do if you were Jesus? There's something we you can do tho help him! Send a message to Senators Marco Rubio and Bill Nelson. They have the power to stop Jesus' deportation by filing an individual constituent private bill. Jesus has been living in this country for more than 15 years with his wife and 5 children, four of which are U.S. citizens. ICE wrongfully detained him in 2006, and gave him temporary relief once they realized their mistake. Unfortunately, Jesus' temporary relief is about to expire, and his lawyer did not do enough to stop his deportation. Ask Senators Rubio and Nelson to help stop his deportation! While Congress debates Immigration Reform that will benefit thousands of parents like Jesus. Not one more Floridian that could benefit from it, should be unfairly separated from their family.
