Description/Experience: 

• Tableau Platform Lead role will be responsible for running Tableau as an enterprise shared service utility. 
  
• Provide leadership and deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and deployment.
  
• Focus on setting technical direction for Next Generation Data ecosystem. 
  
• Responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish standardized solution development across federated technology teams.
  
• This function is responsible for the GDS Tableau platform across the enterprise.
  
• Responsibility for platform management including roadmaps, best practices and design authority.
  
• Overall 10+ years' experience managing technology programs in large financial services organizations. 
  
• 5-10 years overall Data/Analytics platform experience.
  
• 5+ years' experience with BI/Visualization tools like Cognos, QlikView or Tableau 
  
• 5+ years' experience with Business intelligence solution development or platform management 
  
• Experience working with tool connectivity with BigData ecosystem. 
  
• Tableau platform troubleshooting and performance optimization. 
  
• Development of support processes and metrics for the platform utilization, availability, and performance. Has worked in complex enterprise team setting supporting a large platform.
