Minimum 10+ yrs of experience in software. Must have multiple R12 implementation experience. Should be in a position to do Business Process Reengineering. Should have a very well understanding of Oracle Financials Core Modules. R 12 Experience : 4+ Projects. Total Experience : 10+ years. Should be from Accounting & Finance Background. Should possess strong Quantitative and analytical skills. Should have clear understanding of Technical Architecture of Oracle Apps. Should be an excellent team player. Should be in a position to design the Business Processes
