Work Experience	Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft network administration; Excellent experience and knowledge in Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8.1 as well as Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and O365; Hands on experience in problem identification and resolution of industry standard hardware platform; Skills in telecommunications facilities such as email (Outlook), Facsimile, Audio and Video conference facilities/equipment
Skills and Languages	Proficiency in the administration of Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8.1 operating system, Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, O365, Symantec Antivirus Software Fluent oral and written communication skills in English Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with users
