We are looking for a IT Project Manager-Agile with one our client at Austin, TX
Title : IT Project Manager-Agile
Duration : 6-12+ Months
Location : Austin, TX
Interview : Telephone and In-person/Skype
Responsibilities:
| Years Skill 5 Experience with Agile project management methodology 10 Experience with information technology project management principles, concepts and practices 10 Experience with project budget preparation 10 Experience with system development lifecycle used for the development of new systems and enhancements to existing Systems 10 Demonstrated knowledge of application programming, database and system design 10 Experience with data interfaces and system integration 10 Experience with internet and network architecture 10 Experience with operating principles and information systems hardware and software 10 Experience with using project management software: Microsoft Project and SharePoint 10 Experience with developing process models and data flow diagrams 10 Experience with selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new concepts 10 Ability to develop written business requirements and models 10 Ability to accurately identify/determine customer needs and take appropriate actions and/or steps to address identified needs 10 Ability to recognize, value, and include different perspectives, experiences, approaches, and cultures in achieving organizational goals 10 Ability to gain and maintain the trust and confidence of others and the organization through consistency and reliability 10 Ability to give, receive, or share thoughts, ideas, perspective, and data to create shared Understanding 10 Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others to achieve individual and collective goals 10 Ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner that solve issues and stand the test of time 10 Experience providing leadership, work assignments, evaluation, training, and guidance to others Yes Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in Business or Information Science or in a field related to the job. |
