Job Description:   

 

Essential Skill: Java and J2ee

 

Significant Practical Experience in using Project Management concepts and techniques (EXPERT) Practicing Project manager with sufficient experience Willbe responsible for medium to large sized projects or projects of moderate tohigh criticality (defined by internal and customer context) and be able tohandle projects with varying scope and conflict, largely independently withonly pointed/limited guidance/supervision from line/practice manager Will beresponsible for delivering the project using organization projectmanagement/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality Will beresponsible for planning, tracking, reporting (internal and external) projectperformance (status and progress) on a periodic basis Will be responsible toevolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to manage internal andexternal conflicts Will be responsible to engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally and make effective use of escalation channels to solve issues Will be responsible to respond to handle unusual situations and evolve suitable approaches and guide others Will be able to mentor and guide the next level project managers
