Job Title: Python Web Developer

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duration: 10+ Months

 

Length: Long Term Contract

 

Environment:

This position has been created to assist with the operational maintenance and upgrades to an existing web application utilized by the Social Security Administrations DC office.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

· Experience in designing and developing web-based application programming in Python

· Experience in designing and developing user interfaces

· Familiarity with unstructured text

· Experience in using regular expressions and OCR tools

· Experience in processing OCR output

· Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and DB2 databases

· Familiarity with Section 508 compliance

· Knowledge of database structures and text/flat file/ASCII files

· Skilled at developing and documenting requirements
