Title: Agile Coach

Location: Stamford, CT and Chicago, IL 

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Details:

·         Multiple (5+) engagements standing up multiple teams to operate utilizing Agile Project Management and Software Development Practices

·         Extended track record of delivering team training in a manner than ensures knowledge transfer

·         Specialized skill set in one of the following areas: Technical, Product Management, Project Management or User Experience

·         Track record of resolving impediments that exist outside of the team environment – this might be working with line managers to prepare the technical environment for teams, or align team structure to ensure team success (e.g. collaborating with Enterprise Architecture group to on-board/off-board Enterprise Architects into a team for the first few sprints.

·         Strong understanding and ability to articulate the business value of specific Agile Practices

·         Strong facilitation and diplomatic skills with the ability to read an organization and bring the right people into the team at the right time to get impediments resolved.

·         Played multiple roles on an Agile team

·         Strong Scrum Master skills

 

Job Qualifications

·         Provide support for development of a sustainable Enterprise Agile Framework.

·         Identify and coach internal Agile champions, in order to remove reliance on external mentors.

·         Ensure Agile metrics are being tracked, monitor them for indications of current or potential problems, and help the team find solutions to those problems.

·         Help resolve impediments that prevent agile teams from completing sprint commitments.

·         Assist in Agile Release Planning; provide Program Manager guidance in creating artifacts; capture team capacity hours for the planned upcoming release and for each sprint therein; facilitate team breakout sessions with an eye on process and related best practices; provide coaching where needed; help update Release/Program Plan with Features and Dependencies; facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint reviews and retrospectives (capture retrospective results with an eye on process and practice improvement; provide coaching where needed

 

Job Details: 

·         Ensure that Sprint Planning artifacts are created and captured, e.g., Sprint Backlog, Sprint Goals, etc. and participate in Scrum of Scrums to communicate and help resolve team impediments and roadblocks.

·         Help resolve impediments that prevent agile teams from completing sprint commitments Train development team members in Agile practices, facilitate and enable roles and responsibilities appropriate for teams that accommodate Agile practices; facilitate release and sprint planning, review work within individual sprints and coordinate retrospective and sprint demos.

·         Assist key business users (product owners) with feature and story backlog creation and grooming ensuring cross-functional coordination (business analysts, developers, and testers) is occurring early and often.

·         Coach the teams on the Agile practices to elevate agile skills, coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and System Teams in the use of Agile practices.

·         Provide tool coaching, develop and facilitate effective metrics. (Rally Preferred) Work with Quality Assurance representatives to introduce automated testing into the process.

 

 

Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Stamford, CT and Chicago, IL 

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Details:

·         The DevOps team is responsible to provide a reliable software delivery process to ensure the development community can focus on delivering high quality software through automated testing & deployment.

·         To achieve the goal, the team uses a combination of in-house tools together with latest open source & commercially available technologies.

 

Team members are expected to:

·         Support the current software delivery process, ensuring the 'follow-the-sun' development cycle never stops.

·         improve the software delivery process as there is always a way to make things better and leaner

·         automate everything

·         strive for simplicity and self-service, so development teams don't depend on devops to perform basic operations

·         The mentioned activities require listening to the development community and understand their needs, and being able to talk to different teams (unix, db) to ensure any issues is solved.

 

Skills:

·         Linux Skills

·         Advanced shell commands usage (find etc.)

·         Linux concepts (filesystem, processes, memory) Automation

·         Scripting Language (Python, Ruby, Shell Scripting)

·         Version Control (Subversion & GitHub)

·         Config Management Tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible) Programming Languages

·         Java (at least basic knowledge, as everything we are doing is jvm related)

Title: UI developer with Angular JS experience

Location: Florham Park, NJ

Duration: 10 months

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the development and design of web applications and components. Design, code, test, and implement web sites and applications, for either internal or external uses.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding performance, response times, capacity and system limitations. Responsible for creating and modifying documentation corresponding to websites.

·         May collaborate with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, networking) and with external vendors.

·         Maintain and update websites and ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across organization.

·         Requires both front-end (GUI) and back-end development experience.

·         6+ years of prior web development experience is required.

·         Expert Angular JS developer, at least 3 years Proficient in HTML/HTML5, CSS, AJAX

·         Proficient in REST (Jersey implementation), JSON, XML, XSD

·         Experience with Charting packages like Highcharts / D3

·         Proficient in full lifecycle enterprise Java-based application development, at least 3 years

·         Experience with Java POJOs and data structures JBoss application server experience

·         Experience with unit as well as automated testing tools to test HTML based UI

·         Some experience of Adobe Flex / Pure MVC would be nice to have

 

 

Title: Sr EDQ Technical Specialist

Location: Shoreview, MN

Duration: 1 year

 

Job Description:

·         Having strong implementing EDQ for data cleansing capabilities as part of their data integration and ETL process. 

·         5+ years hands-on development experience or at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) is required.  

·         Should have strong experience in data warehouse model utilizing Oracle EDQ Release 12.1.3

·         Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Extensive experience in relational and dimensional data modeling.

·         Ability to perform data analysis and profiling with Oracle EDQ

·         PL/SQL and Java/JavaScript developed is preferred.

 

 

Title: Sr Cache/ Mumps Developer

Location: Worcester, MA

Duration: 9 months

 

·         8+ years of experience in Cache and Mumps application development

·         Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

·         Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

·         May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

·         Typically reports to a manager

·         Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relate discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience including proficiency in Cache', MUMPS. Experience with an Antrim Lab and Billing system in a healthcare setting is highly desirable

 

 

Title: Sr UX Designer (NEED GC AND USC ONLY)

Location: Cary, NC

Duration: 6+ months

 

Mandatory Skills: HTML5, CSS

 

Job Description:

·         Strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive skill of core design principles
