Job Title               : Oracle HCM Business Analyst

Location               : Boston, MA

Duration              : 6+ Months

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

 

·         Oracle HCM Suite experience (R12) specifically around Core HR, Self Service, Absence Management Modules, including and understanding of the underlying data model

·         HR Succession Planning

·         Talent Acquisition

·         Performance Measurement

·         Compensation Workbench

·         Experience with OUM (or AIM) methodology, particularly hands on with AN100 (MD50)/ DS140 (MD070)

·         HR Reports Definition experience, ideally OBIEE knowledge

·         Experience working with interfaces for payroll systems, Benefit providers etc

 

5+  years of experience as a Business Analyst.

 

·         BS/MS/MBA or equivalent

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Facilitate a critical communications role by interacting with users (business domain), project team members and development personnel (technical domain)

·         Develop requirements and establish traceability to the business vision.

·         Ensure the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested

·         Ability to manage the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team

·         Proficient with technical documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, support documentation, user guides, workflow processes and test cases

·         Experience of working face to face and remotely with customers from IT, the Business and Vendors.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels

·         Proficient requirements meeting facilitator, including demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions  using techniques to help define scope and requirements during the lifecycle

·         Experience with SDLC and at least one or two project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

·         Project organization skills to support IT project lead in the initiation phase and later on as needed.
