JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
· Required 6-8 years of expertise deriving design specification, development, deployment of interfaces within the existing development methodologies.
· Should be expert in SQL, SSRS, C# .NET and ASP.NET
· Needs good knowledge of SQL Server database & SQL Server Reporting Services to independently write SQL queries, perform debugging and SSRS report creation.
· Needs to demonstrate proven capabilities to independently design and develop solutions using Microsoft technology.
· Any exposure to SOA will be a plus
· ASP.NET C# T-SQL JavaScript HTML XML development environment
· Architectural and design input using UML
· Experience in identifying and implementing architectural and code improvements to enhance performance, stability and capacity.
· Design Databases using T-SQL, Stored procedure
· Experience in leading the development team and handling customer on query clarification and response to requirement.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· SPOC to work with onsite team on solution design, Development, implementation, Testing and to obtain technical clarifications from the onsite team on solution design, development and implementation
· Technical leadership in entitlement and access services for complex customer centric financial systems deployed across multiple countries and channels
· Work closely with end users to produce prototypes of .NET based solutions and user interfaces and define end user analytical requirements
· Work closely with project Business Analyst, Data Architect and ETL Developer to ensure that the end to end designs meet the business and data requirements
· Work closely with Project Manager to develop and update the task plan for .NET work and to keep the manager aware of any critical task issues and dependencies on other teams
GENERIC MANAGERIAL SKILLS:
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills required.
· Self-motivated & must keep current with industry trends and be able to identify future disruptive technologies that have the potential to impact our businesses
· Must be agile and flexible in approach
· A free thinker who can bring new ideas to the table & not only being able to discuss new theories & ideas
· A leader with ideas and vision for future work Offshore – Onsite model work culture
